Vanilla Extract
Vanilla is the second-most expensive spice in the world, surpassed only by saffron. Every single bean begins with a rare orchid flower that must be hand-pollinated within a few fleeting morning hours. We honour that labor of love by slow-aging our small-batch extracts for 18 to 24+ months, preserving every complex note in 2 oz UV-protective amber glass.
Note: Real bean extract isn’t clear—those tiny flecks floating at the bottom are pure vanilla caviar, a hallmark of unrefined quality.

Madagascar – Vodka – Double Fold
The classic choice: rich, sweet, and creamy. Made from Madagascar vanilla beans (Vanilla planifolia), the world’s most popular vanilla — buttery and familiar, smooth and rounded, and wonderful in everyday baking. Aged 18+ months in vodka.
Mexican – Vodka – Double Fold
Warm and aromatic, with the natural spice of Mexican beans (Vanilla planifolia). Rich and traditional, with an earthy depth and notes of clove, nutmeg, and raisin, plus a smoky caramel and chocolate character. Aged 18+ months in vodka.
Mixed Beans – Vodka – Double Fold
Bold and complex: a blend of beans from Mexico, Madagascar, India, and Sri Lanka, extracted in Enchanted Rock Texas Vodka and aged 18+ months. Each origin brings its own character — Madagascar’s buttery creaminess, Mexico’s warm spice, India’s dark earthiness, and Sri Lanka’s bold, cacao-and-tea character — for a layered, nuanced extract, wonderful in baking, custards, buttercreams, whipped cream, coffee, and anywhere vanilla plays a starring role.
Indonesian – White Rum – Double Fold
Bold and earthy, with a strong, smoky chocolate and dried-fruit character. Made from Indonesian beans (Vanilla planifolia), extracted in Captain Morgan White Rum and aged for over two and a half years, for a rich, deep extract that stands up well in chocolate desserts and spiced baking.
Tahitian – Vodka – Double Fold
Light, sweet, and floral-fruity, with a bright, tropical character. Made from Tahitian beans, extracted in vodka and aged for over two and a half years, for a delicate extract wonderful in fruit desserts, creams, and whipped cream.
