Madagascar

The classic choice: rich, sweet, and creamy. Madagascar beans are slowly extracted in clean, neutral vodka for 18 months, giving a smooth, rounded vanilla that shines in everyday baking.

Mexican

Warm and aromatic, with the natural spice of Mexican beans. Patiently extracted in vodka over 18 months, it has an earthy depth with notes of clove, nutmeg, and raisin.

Mixed Beans in Texas Vodka

Bold and complex: a blend of beans from Mexico, Madagascar, India, and Sri Lanka, extracted in Enchanted Rock Texas Vodka and aged 18 months. Each origin brings its own character for a layered, nuanced extract.
