Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

At Tactical Honey, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. However, due to the nature of what we offer — including handmade skincare, herbal tinctures, extracts, and other small-batch, consumable goods — we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Because many of our products are perishable, personal-use, or made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This applies to items like tinctures, soaps, skincare, honey, vanilla extract, and similar goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or other resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Fairness First

We care about our customers and want you to be satisfied. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out. While we can’t promise refunds or exchanges, we’re always willing to review concerns and handle things as fairly and kindly as possible.
